| So it has been a long three weeks. I have been here since May 29th and we had about 2 and half weeks of down time before the TAG team arrived and we went to camps. The first was the Lucence/Cinobana camp. Here we taught English at the school in Cinobana. It was a good week, just very long and tiring. The second camp was Turna and I was the offical picture taker for that one. It was actually more of a revival than camp but it was still good. It was amazing getting to go to the revival and i enjoyed it even though I could hardly understand what was being said. The last camp was in Bansk Bystricia at the prison turned Roma housing of Kotav. It was good but also tiring, I ended sitting out one day with a horrible migrain, but other than that it was fun. So finally the team is gone and the camps are over. Tomorrow the kids are leaving for the states for two weeks and Dianne and I are going to Krakow and Warsaw Poland for four days, which I am very excited about. Then on Sunday we are training over to Prague to meet Shane for the week. While we are there we are going to the BWA conference and also touring around Prague. So that is what we all have planned for the next two weeks. So when I get back from all of that I will update again, so talk to ya'll later. Meg | | |
| I am finally in Kosice, Slovakia with Shane, Dianne and the kids. I have waited along time for this and I am finally here. I have been here for four days and I am finally starting to feel normal again. Anyway I will try to keep this things updated while I am here. Anyway talk to you people later Megs | | |
| I came to the realization that spring break is almost here and I can't wait for it, but I also don't want it to come because I am having my Wisdom teeth cut out then. In actuality I am more excited for May to get here than anything else because when that gets here then I will be on my way to Slovakia and carefree until August 13th, which in when I will get back. I never realized how much I hate school until I found out I am failing math. Not unusual because I SUCK at math, but still it is a big blow to me and causes all sorts of problems. But I am going to drop the class and try again next semester when I won't be so busy. Other than that school is fine. I think there is something wrong with me, I am not really sure what it is I just don't feel right. It is like I can't get my thoughts straight and then when I try it takes me forever and a day to get going again. It is very frustrating. My head feels heavy all of the time espcially at the top of myhead. I don't know maybe it is stress. Time will tell I guess. In other news I got my passport taken care of and I will be getting it in four to six weeks, I am so excited. I am leaving for Slovakia last week of May first week of June,somewhere around that time, and I will be returning around the first of August. So wish me luck and I will have pictures and if you want to see them just let me know and I will e-mail them to you if I know you. Well I guess I better go I will talk to ya'll later. | These past few months have made me decide that when I get married it is going to be done my way and no one else. I have been to so many weddings in the past few months I couldn't stand another one right now. Anyway on top of that I went to Arkansas this last weekend and it was ok but I am glad to be home it was nice seeing everyone again, it would have been better if there hadn't been a wedding. The wedding come out really beautifully, and I think that Josh and Jeanie make a good couple. That is all I have to say right now, so I will talk to ya'll later Luv Ya Meg | | |
